Goals & Objectives
- Provide
meaningful feedback to participating members on their relative
performance in their credit and collection activities
- Encourage
active participation from all voting members of TRMA
- Grow
and improve the TRMA Benchmarking Metrics survey to keep
pace with the changing needs and concerns of its members
- Develop
and conduct semi-annual special topics surveys to address
issues of interest to TRMA members
- Conduct
all benchmarking activities in accordance with ethical,
legal and regulatory practices and requirements
