The Education
Committee is involved in creating dynamic, interactive courses relevant
to issues facing telecommunications' collection organizations. These
Learning Labs and Webinars encompass a fundamental knowledge of
the subject matter, best practice sharing and problem solving, and
the most current industry information provided by expert Guest Speakers.
