The
Telecommunications Risk Management Association (TRMA) was
formed by telecommunication industry executives in September
1997 to explore cooperative efforts to reduce consumer and
small-business uncollectible debt. TRMA's mission is to
promote cooperation within the telecommunications industry
to reduce fraud and uncollectibles for the benefit of the
industry, individual members, and paying customers.
You
can become involved with TRMA in one of two ways--as a Voting
Member or as a Business

Voting
Member
If your company is any type of telecommunications carrier
(as defined under the Telecommunications Act of 1996)
providing services to consumers and small business users.
Business
Affiliate
If you are a manufacturer or supplier of products or services
related to the telecommunications risk management industry.
TRMA
vendor affiliation is open to vendors, dealers, or consultants
who meet all of the following criteria, and who have received
a written invitation to join from a TRMA Voting Member
Company Principal Representative:
- A
company that manufactures or supplies products or services
related to the telecommunications risk management industry.

A company that has the ability to assist TRMA in the
prospecting and recruiting new TRMA Voting Members.
