The new administration is issuing a large number of executive orders, the CFPB faces significant changes, and regulatory reviews are underway for medical debt, overdraft fees, and more. Congress is considering legislation on data privacy and credit reporting, and state-level activity is increasing in data privacy and broker regulation. In this webinar, we’ll provide an overview of these changes and discuss how they could impact telcos in the credit ecosystem.

Richard Lee serves as Equifax’s Senior Director of Federal Government relations, working cross  verticals representing Equifax business interests in front of Congress and the Executive branches of Government.
He joined Equifax in 2020 after nearly a decade of working in Congress for leadership in the financial services and commodity spaces. He has experience across both state and federal levels of government, and works to shape and navigate complex policy in both the legislative and regulatory sides of Government.
