Important Note
To secure your accommodations, you must register first for the conference. Please refrain from booking your room until after you’ve completed Conference Registration. This helps us ensure that all attendees have access to the reserved rooms within our block. Rooms released due to cancellations may not be guaranteed to return to our block. Thank you for your cooperation in making our conference a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. We look forward to welcoming you to Chicago!
Please support TRMA by booking within the special group block. The group rate is available beginning Sunday, September 15 through Wednesday, September 18. The group rate will be honored 3 nights pre and post of the official meeting dates based on hotel availability.
Why Staying at the Conference Hotel Matters
TRMA can conduct high-quality meetings at desirable locations for a reasonable fee because of a block of hotel rooms contracted for meeting attendees. In exchange for filling the required number of sleeping rooms, TRMA uses the hotel meeting space at no or reduced costs, thus keeping registration fees low. In addition, meeting attendees receive a reduced rate for their sleeping room. Reservations made outside of the TRMA room block are not counted toward TRMA’s room pickup and may have a financial impact to TRMA. Your registration confirmation will contain the booking link to make your hotel reservation.
Rooms may sell out prior to the cutoff date, so please make your reservations early. The negotiated TRMA rate will not be available after the cut-off date of September 1.
