Why It is Important to Stay at the Conference Hotel Staying at our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, offers more than just convenience—it directly supports the success of the TRMA Conference. When you book within our official room block:
✅ You are just steps away from all conference sessions, networking events, and activities, no commuting, no stress. ✅ You receive discounted group rates exclusively available to TRMA attendees. ✅ You help TRMA keep registration fees affordable for everyone.
Here is why it matters: TRMA negotiates a set number of rooms with the hotel in exchange for complimentary or reduced meeting space. When attendees book outside of the room block—or at other hotels—we risk financial penalties and increased costs that can affect future conference pricing and location options. Your reservation makes a difference. Booking in the TRMA room block ensures we meet our commitment, preserve valuable resources, and continue to host top-quality conferences in desirable locations.
Important Reminder: Please complete your conference registration before booking your hotel room. This helps us track room usage accurately and ensures the reserved block serves all confirmed attendees. Rooms canceled outside this process may not return to our block, and availability is not guaranteed.
We encourage attendees to register for the conference first to reserve your accommodation. Please refrain from booking your room until after you have completed Conference Registration. This helps us ensure that all attendees can access the reserved rooms within our block. Rooms released due to cancellations may not be guaranteed to return to our block. Thank you for your cooperation in making our conference a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Let’s make this a great conference together—thank you for booking within the TRMA room block!
